What you'll do
  • Day 1- Krabi Town

Krabi Town is a bustling market town situated amongst the unique limestone formations that jut from the verdant forest mangroves. It’s one of the main transport links in Thailand, making it a cosmopolitan hub in its city centre. The river is where you’ll find the main hub of activity. From fishing boats to river taxis, it’s the best spot to catch a ride to the surrounding beaches and islands.... Show more

  • Day 2- Railay Beach

Fun fact about Railay beach? It’s actually a collection of four beaches. It’s one of Thailand’s most beautiful and frequented beach areas. Located just south of Ao Nang Beach, the beach is only accessible by boat. It’s one of the most tranquil locations in the whole of Thailand. Ton Sai is probably the quietest of the four beaches in Railay. Here there are only a small handful of accommodations, bars, and restaurants, as well as a climbing school for those adventurous enough to take on the cliffs. Railay beach is only a ten-minute walk from here, but it’s a dangerous path when there’s a high tide.... Show more

  • Day 3- 4-Island Hopping

After a lazy morning enjoying Railay, it’s time to explore more islands. The most typical boat trip is to the 4 islands: Chicken Island, Phanang Cave, Tub Island, and Podah Island. Chicken Island got its name for the famous natural landmark. The unique limestone rock that juts out to sea has the same shape as a chicken’s head. Podah island is home to a picturesque bamboo plantation unique visit whilst venturing through southern Thailand. Koh Poda is the smallest of the islands but still breathtaking in its natural beauty. The island is famed for its tidal sandbank and unique shoal formations.... Show more

  • Day 4- Phi Phi Islands

Phi Phi is a group of six islands. They are some of the most breathtaking across the whole of Thailand. Located just a 45-minute speedboat or 90-minute ferry ride from Krabi, it’s one of the must-do experiences along the south coastline. The two main islands are Phi Phi Leh and Phi Phi Don. Phi Phi Don is the larger of the two and attracts thousands of visitors to stay on its shores. However, Phi Phi Leh is a little less explored but has some of the most stunning beaches. Our favourite is Maya Bay, where the film ‘The Beach’ with Leonardo Di Caprio was filmed. There’s no food available here, so if you want to camp overnight, you’ll need to bring your own food.... • Day 5- Climb Tup Keak

One thing you can’t miss whilst travel through Krabi is the Tab Kaek peak. It’s quite the climb, but the reward is one of the most breathtaking views across the whole of southern Thailand. It’s one of the most famous photo spots in Thailand. Once you reach the top, which takes around two hours, you’ll come across a small tongue of stone where everyone poses for a photo. It’s well sign-posted, so you don’t need to do it guided. We’d suggest tackling this hike in the morning before it gets too hot in the sun. You’ll need to hire a car or private driver to access the starting point as it’s impossible to reach by public transport. ... Show more

  • Day 6- Kayak Ao Thalane

Ao Thalane is one of the most beautiful mangrove forests in Thailand. It’s located only 20km from the town of Krabi and is covered in dense, verdant foliage that wraps the coastline. It’s the perfect place to explore by kayak! Travelling by kayak means you’re able to explore the small caves and hidden lagoons that exist around every corner. We’d suggest booking a tour for this experience. It’s great to have a guide who can explain all the various fauna and flora that you will discover along the way. ... Show more

  • Day 7- Hong Island

Hong Island is one of the most beautiful sites along with the Andaman coast. Arriving by kayak, your view is painted with towering limestone cliffs, crystal clear blue waters, and hidden lagoons. It’s got one of the most beautiful coral reefs, perfect for snorkelling or exploring underwater. We’ve suggested leaving this one till last because it’s one of the most untouched islands. It’s part of the Than Bok Khorani National Park which means it’s only open for day visits, so no overnights are allowed. Hong Island consists of a dozen tiny islands, some even without beaches. It’s easy to book a full-day tour of Hong island on a local boat with a picnic lunch included.... Show more
